Live Monitoring Dashboard
This provides the floor managers with a real-time view of the operations being carried out. The total number of allocated devices are displayed, which are further broken down into running & idle devices. Individual operator status is also displayed, calculating their non-productive time & cumulative/hourly production.
Hourly Production Dashboard
An hourly break down of the total production taking place in each line is displayed in this dashboard. It is fully customizable and lets the operators choose what data should be displayed. The line graph represents the efficiency rate in each hour and compares it to the efficiency rate of preceeding hours, while the bar graphs display the production during each hour. The cumulative production, as well as daily target and other related information are also summarized.


NPT Analysis Dashboard
This serves as a comparison chart between non-productive time and operation. A full daily breakdown is provided for the operations done in the day, including number of minutes that were productive vs number of idle minutes. Each of the bars represent individual operations and are further broken down according to the type of NPT.
Resource Skill Matrix Summary
Provides the floor managers with a bird’s-eye view of the operators in a floor and a summary of the skill matrix for each operator. This includes the number of machines/operations they are in charge of, as well the efficiency and production number of each operator.


Resource Skill Profile
This tab displays the individual profile of an operator and gives an extended look into their productivity & efficiency for each process. The operation-wise system automatically counts the cycle time of a worker. So, IE team will get accurate efficiency and capacity as well.
Automatic Line Layout
Provides a template-based advanced line layout system with easy drag-and-drop features with pre-defined style operation-wise line balancing. It enables industrial engineers (IE) to allocate the template for one or more lines. Allocated templates can be easily moved and reassigned from one line to another.
